i cannot eat enough to stop being hungry. ah! i can't afford this shit. i took some toothpicks from the house this morning and they taste pretty sick. and they're not flavored. that's disturbo.
also... can we please stop watching movies from the 80s in psychology? it's been 20 years, you'd think some progress would have been made. but we know nothing of it. what a waste of time.
and, of course, michfest... umn.. i have to be completely honest. i don't know really any of the performers this year. i'm gonna have to do some research.

most of the music i love is dykey to the max so i knew i'd know and love some of the artists. here's my take...

staceyann chin. awesome. i saw her years ago at a queer conference. poet/spoken word artist. check her out.

edie carey. i just saw her perform at mississippi studios. folky amd mellow. great

melissa ferrick. i'm sure you know all about her already. she's pretty well known. i'm a crazy fan. i'm actually shocked she's playing as she was pretty outspoken about not performing there before.

toshi reagon. i saw her open for ani difranco back in the day and loved her right away. she's funny and entertaining. she's now on ani's label but plays small shows all over.

the ditty bobs. they are gaining in popularity as i just heard someone talk about them on the radio. i saw them open for tegan and sarah not too long ago. very entertaining and use some vaudeville performance stuff. good stuff.

i don't do mwf but sometimes i really wish i did. enjoy, love!
