ok, i LOVE my effing tattoo!! yeah, i posted pix on friendster already. i know I should jsut find a way to put pix on here, but...
i have come so close to relapsing with tobacco twice today. i put on a pair of pants and found a butt in the pocket. next thing i knew, i was standing next to the stove, burner on, and then i yelled "NO!" and ran over to the sink and put water on it.
and next christian, who did my tattoo, offered me a smoke at our break, and I said "yeah." then i said, "No! I can't do it!" and went for a li'l walk to kris's and smoked a little tiny bit of pot instead.
please dear god tell me this is going to get easier so i don't have to be obsessed anymore.
did i mention i love my tattoo? i'm going to go back over to the other house and edit my security shirt (cut it to shreds) so it's showing. and i'm wearing a damn miniskirt to work tonight i don't care what anyone says. i don't have a costume, but my spine is on the outside.

I think its true! have some candy (i reccomend black licorice nibs) or a pencil to chew on.... also reccomended is "aversion therapy" every time you want a smoke, snap en elastic band on your wrist or something. but mostly, ya just gotta hang tough. YOU CAN DO IT!
(me and katie are both still smoke free!)
