what a fucking weekend.
saturaday was our 6 mo. 'anniversary.' we spent friday night a schmancy hotel downtown, and went to see the hitchhiker's guide. holy shit, it was amazing!!! go see it! now! we got all dressed up to go out, z in his hot-as-hell 80's prom dress, that now laces up the back above the rediculously large bow/flower, and me in my grey suit with a pink cowboy shirt and bicycle tie. we were way hot. i love us. almost as much as i love him. it was really nice to run away again, and just focus on eachother. no smell phone, no homework, and no computer.
saturday we went to the seder at his parents'. that was great. my very first jewish experience, ever. which is pretty silly, considering my age. i learned a LOT about the beliefs of so many people that i love. his brother was wigging out, though. that was challenging for a minute. and i FINALLY met his godmothers (can you say lesbians?), they were wonderful. and his nana, too. good things, all good things.
Sunday, Boxing for Babies. i was beyond nervous. freaking the fuck out is probably the most appropriate term here. anyway... it turned out alright. i had three fights, and won all three, and hence, won the Dynamite Champ belt. i'm still a little in shock that i won, and my body is VERY mad at me. i can just hear it... "you know, if you had just lost the first fight, i wouldn't have had to go through that three times, you stubborn fuck!" shut up, body. you love it.
kay. tons of math to do now... i forgot there was no weight training class today, because there's a job fair in the gym. THANK GOD!
