Our move yesterday was easily the most painless, most joyful move I've ever had. We had six helpers who were all totally motivated - nobody complained, everybody worked so fucking hard, and it went really fast. Then we ordered Thai food delivery and unpacked at least half of our shit before watching united states of Tara and going to sleep. We slept great at the new house. It feels so so so great here. I'm beaming with gratitude and happiness today.

I've been having so many moments lately, exploding with love for my little family. The dog has been being so good and sweet, Oliver has been doing a great job at most things and also being the sweetest, kindest kid on the planet, and I'm madly in love with my girlfriend. I'm also in love with all of their relationships with each other. On top of that, we live with our friend vince now, and he's truly wonderful. He calls us his sisters, and I feel like he's my brother. It will be good for Oliver to be around him. I am blessed beyond belief.

I feel like a full person for the first time in a very long time. I would dig it if this became the new normal.
