Annoying errands

charlz_lynnI have to go and run some errands I have been putting off for a minute. First, to the post office. Where I will fix the mail-forwarding that has been keeping me from getting my mail and which resulted in the welfare office canceling all of my benefits (which I discovered at the checkout of the grocery store the day before the shower, with a cartload of rung-up groceries an hour before my midwives' home visit... I went directly to the DHS office and got it fixed... no aneurysm, but jeezus).
THEN, I get to go to the bank, my mom's bank, because she put me on her account and they gave me a temporary debit card. Since my mail is mysteriously getting forwarded, I haven't gotten the permanent one and now the temp is not working, expired according to Tmobile (even though it says it expires on 07/13). This came up because because my phone is about to be shut off due to some complications with the card-switching, etc.
Good lord!! This shit is overwhelming and I'm gonna just go do it. But I hardly have the energy for it right now. Where will the energy come from when the baby is here and I am just a milk-factory who is not sleeping at all? I wonder....
Also on my list today, send out an email about thanksgiving, get the menu set, and the guest list, at least a head count... Hang out with the date (we fixed things!)... Get some of my stuff packed away in the closet behind where the mini-fridge is now living... We'll see what I have left in me when I get home. I'm normally not even awake yet, and one thing a day seems to be wearing me out.
