GSA and other things

So, no one showed up for the GSA yesterday. It was 4/20, and a beautiful day... So, hopefully next week. Does anyone have any book suggestions for the kids? They are high school students, I believe the population of this school is pretty poor, and none of them are going to be out to their parents. I feel really honored to be working with these kids, and I hope it takes off at least a little. Even if there are only three of them that show up I will be happy.
In other news, The Brute and I are meeting with our potential midwife tomorrow morning! This is suuuuper exciting to me. I am ready to begin regular care. And according to What to Expect and the Mayo Clinic book, we can see the baby with an ultrasound in two weeks! Holy crap! It's a fetus!
I just applied for two jobs (in person) and walked in Seward Park. It's a good day, but I am really feeling the pregnant-lady exhaustion today. I'm going to take a nap now, but I'm afraid this will just mean I am going to bed at 7pm. Maybe I will watch a movie first. But is that any better, really? I think it feels better.
I keep forgetting to mention that I had a great time on my date last week. Fun. Hot. We'll be doing that again, maybe once every other week or so...
