I really love my people.

So, thanks so so SOOOOO much for all the lj comments, texts, and phone calls. I haven't answered the phone much, but the messages I've gotten have been some of the most loving I've ever had. It means so much to me right now that I don't have to feel alone.

I'm not filtering this one, so... If you haven't read it or heard already, The Brute and I broke up yesterday.

This means a lot of things to me. It does not mean the end of our friendship by any means. She is such a wonderful person and our friendship/getting along is not the problem. It's kind of hard to explain, but the short version is that we just haven't 'clicked' like we thought we would. And certainly not in a way that we should have a family together. Our needs don't match up. And it's okay. There's so much love between us that this feels like the most respectful thing we can do for each other, our relationship, and this baby.

So, what does this mean for me?
