changes.

i have to go to class. really, right now. but there's something i've been meaning to post for a minute now, and here it comes.
so, i've been spending a lot of my time in pdx going out a lot. seeing my friends at bars, and parties, and drag shows, etc... well, that's over. i'm going into a sort of social isolation now, because really, i don't have time for all that going out business anymore. also, i love my friends, but i don't really hang out with them at loud-ass bars, where everyone's drunk as hell, and all the conversations stay on the surface. so, if you want to see me, you're just going to have to call me, and we can have one-on-one time. do lunch or coffee, or cook dinner together, or a walk, even, that's cheaper.
i just really would like to know the people i love, as opposed to see them out, get real excited-like, and never have one conversation that goes past "how's it going?" "great, how are you?" "oh, i'm alright, busy..." "yeah, tell me about it." (we never tell about it, do we?) "ok, great to see you!!" "you, too." "bye."
it's been bugging me for a while, and now it's out there, and there's no turning back.
