what a fucking month!
Mar. 15th, 2005 09:34 amwell, i'm not gonna go through all that right now. my bwafriend is showering now and then we get to have breakfast, and i get o pack and get the hell outta here.
i'm having separation anxiety.
so, we were on our way here (my house) yesterday after my autoCAD final, and i was reading him geeklove on the bus. we've been reading to eachother for a while... anyway, we were on the part where Arturism was becoming a religion, and the Binewskis were just starting to fall apart. This man was sitting across the aisle and one seat up from us. I noticed that he was turning around to face us every once in a while, and thought to myself "oh, that's cute, he's listening." well, he said something, and didn't hear him, and asked him to repeat himself. "she can read, can't she?" "yes, HE can, but it's better when I read to HIM." i replied, and went back to my reading.
he kept saying things, mostly to himself, i couldn't understand him. then he tilted his head down and in our direction and yelled "WOULD YOU PLEASE SHUTUP!" (it was not a question) i looked at him, then at the ceiling, and said "mmmm.... nah" and went back to my reading. after a minute or two he started singing (fucking godsmack, of all things), and kept doing so until he got off, getting louder and louder the whole time. when he stood up to get off the bus, i was sure he was going to throw the football he had in his hand at me, and i flinched. i really wish i wouldn't have flinched. but he didn't, he just said more shit i didn't understand, and left.
what a dickwad. the guy behind us was talking far louder on his cell phone than i was reading. whatever. he's probably a miserable man.
ok, better things. it's a bit later in the day now. i just went and talked to my archaeology teacher, she went over my term paper with me and explained all the mistakes she marked me for. it took an hour, but i don't care, because we both got some really good constructive criticism out of it. also, i think she gave me a higher grade than she would've, because i told her it was my first ever term paper, and she gave almost NO instruction on writing or researching it.
so, i ended up with an 85% on the paper, bringing me (if my calculations are correct) to an 89.8% in the class overall. if she bumps it up to an A, i'll have a 4.0
can you believe that shit?!
ok, i have 2 and a half hours to pack, i'm so bad.
i'll miss you, portland. be bad.
