well rounded breakfast

I grilled tyler and myself steak and asparagus for breakfast.
Because I am a princess and I haven't felt well in a month. (not unhappy, always, just unhealthy.)


Anyway. Thanks, everyone for the foodstuffs advice and whatnot. I'll get on that burdock root. Have to learn what to do with it.
