I can't even tell you how much it helps. i hate how much i love being a consumer sometimes. :) but i do love it. and on team no-smoking: i feel like our community is beating it. been thinking about how many people have quit in the last year and a half. so great... i don't think i could pay attention before. shame and oblivion are domestic partners.
