I have a rash on my forehead. And I am pretty sure it's shingles. WHAT THE FUCK?! Please please no god no.

I should of course also mention I am having a great time on the Cape with my mumma and my family and the date.

ok. so maybe it is shingles if you ahve had them before.

given your preggers state, i suggest acupuncture. ive had greta results with them for shingles before.

and, if you google chinese medicine nutrition foods to eliminate heat or avoid in heat or the opposite (cooling foods) that could help too. for example no shrimp, garlic, ginger, etc....
