I like reading everyone's updates on school things. Even though a lot of it sounds like a fucking nightmare, I'm glad to know what's going on in this realm of people's lives.
In my life... I just registered for winter term. Beginning in January, I'll be taking :
Biology for science majors.
Chemistry 101
and Calculus II

here we go real classes. I'm finally coming out of the gen-ed category.
Yesssss. i think I should throw a gym class in there somewhere, maybe.

ok. I have to go spend the day studying now and hanging out with tyler. I managed to fall behind in math. I'm a little disappointed by my current instructor, but he's the only one teaching calc at this campus next term, so i'm settling. I have to become more disciplined.
I really am a geek. It's coming back in full force and I dig it.

OH! I wanted to mention, too... I'm trying to get a job at the E room. I had a little impromptu interview with the manager, and it went really well. She said she has to decide if she's gonna hire anyone, and I'm feeling pretty confident that if she does, it will be me.
i know, I know... a dyke bar. a bar, period. but i have to be able to work nights and go to school. I now have classes 5 days a week.

time for a list.

I'm at a coffee shop, where I will be spending the rest of today, well into the evening, i'm sure.
I have SO much work... here's my to-do list.

-sections 3.4 and 3.5 in calculus
-have math-help phone date with mom
-calculus lab 7, begin
-memorize trig identities and trig derivatives
-finish first draft of social commentary on motherhood
-try to put more into spencer paper
-read chapters 3-5 in western civilization
-prepare notes for history exam... make then navigable
and last but not least....
-try damn hard to stay away from the internet.

wish me luck. i'm working this weekend, so... this is my day for it, really.
