i made it

i think that my anxiety has been related to my smoking. last night, i drove through new york city, by myself... something that certainly would have had me in the throes of a panic attack four weeks ago. but it was fine. crazy.

grover and i went shopping today! i've put on so much weight that none of my clothes fit me anymore. and i've wanted girl clothes for a long time, anyway. so we went to the old navy outlet store, and i spent $120 on clothes. It was GREAT! I got:
1 jean skirt
1 tweed skirt (score of the century!!)
1 button-up pink and red stripey girl-shirt
black capri leggings
1 pr socks. knee-high with hearts.
1 pr. jeans
1 pr. brown wider-legged pants with tan stitching
2 thermal shirts w/prints on them. one clouds, one stars
1 print t-shirt
1 beater that's purple with horseshoes and things on it.

I'm so effin excited, i can't even tell you. and i figure, it's a good reward. a new wardrobe for quitting. i mean, i need it, cause in the last 3 weeks i've outgrown all my clothes. and i like my new curves. but it was hard to feel that way when none of my clothes fit.

ps. i really like my girlfriend.
