peeking

my my, it has been a while. or at least it feels like it has. i've been sick since memorial day weekend, but fortunately the illness did not present itself until tuesday. so i survived working my ass off for the weekend, only to be a wreck for the last two weeks. then i got some poison ivy, but that was really incredibly mild. i'm a lucky bitch.
this town is crazy. everyone here drinks like a god damn fish. like there's absolutely nothing else to do. i mean, there's not much else, but every night? drunk as hell? my cousin mike has been drinking a lot, i think. and that's really scary to me. the boy loses all judgement when he drinks. it's like mike steps out for the evening and some dude takes his place. i don't know if he's been getting destructive drunk or not. but i think he's been driving, which woiuld mean yes, destructive. we're gonna be having a little talk next time i see him. he's been hanging out with this girl and hasn't been around much.
okay, there really is so much i'd like to post about, but i don't really feel coherent enough to type anything that makes sense. one of these days... i miss y'all. it was nice to take this li'l peek into your lives.
