Is anyone else getting the feeling, from reading posts from the land, that this was actually *the* year to be there as an ally? Am I just tricking myself? I hope so.
In other news, things are finally turning around, I think. With my research, anyhow. And my mood feels like it's shifting some. It was fucking amazing to have some people in town last weekend. I needed all of that; the food, the laughing hysterically, the going outside, the drinking too much... I can just feel the beginning of the dislodging of this horrible funk.
My Saturn return ends at the end of next month. Right when school starts, right when I get huge chunk of cash, right when we are trying to move. I'm ready for the next phase.

What I've noticed is that there's been fewer people there but that they're still trying to make it feel normal. That's been my main perception.
