let's play a game.

We'll call it, "What has Charlz bought on the interweb in the last 26 hours?"
The deluxe edition (it's in color). (And, sorry the pics are so large.)

a.
b.
c.
d.
e.
f.
g. All of the above.

If you chose "g. all of the above," you are... wrong. I only bid on the sewing machine, and haven't won it yet. Otherwise... that would be correct. You can also add to that: A movie that is a gift for someone who might read this, and the study guide for that there chemistry book.
I feel alright about these things. However, I will be receiving 32 pairs of earrings in the mail. That's mildly overwhelming.
EEk. Retail therapy.
School starts monday.

wtf?

I know, right? Especially when you consider that right now I have like 6 pairs of earrings.
I'm so excited. :)

I love that shirt! Nice splurge!

Thanks!
The shirt came from buyolympia.com... great stuff from independent artists... that's from Puckish, I believe.

I've been lusting after that website pretty much since they began! I love the chunky metal (welded?) belt buckles that have typeset on them, and the tote bags that have record display pockets in them.

ps: my boyfriend just bought me a straight razor!!!

[identity profile] charlz-lynn.livejournal.com 2008-01-07 03:08 am (UTC)(link)
Awesome! did you go with one that'll need sharpening? That's fantastic! I wondered, after seeing Sweeney Todd, if it was going to become more popular to shave with them (I mean for non-freaks and non-perverts). I kinda doubt it.
I love those belt buckles, too. Jonesy has the arrow one. My favorite bag is the one from the same guy that has the telephone pole and electrical wires on it. But man, bags are so spendy.
We need to win the lottery.
Happy shaving! (wait! have you used it yet??)

I haven't received it yet... just got a text message photo of her licking the edge of the blade (hot!).. I'm gonna have to wait 2 weeks to try it out, unless she surprises me and ships it to me. I can't tell by the photo if it's the disposable blade type of not... I'll have to ask!
I haven't seen Sweeney Todd yet so I didn't know they had a razor scene... I'm in a bit of a TV/film media void.

We don't need to win the lottery - we just need to make our own stuff and sell it!!

You're a genius. And that is so true.
Sweeney Todd is a horribly gruesome movie/musical. It's The Demon Barber of Fleet Street, and his razors are so beautiful. But he uses them to kill people. So, it's umn... not exactly sexy.
That photo, however, sounds ridiculously hot. Can't wait to hear about your adventures in straight razors.
