Gratitude

Our baby shower was amazing. It's a challenge to receive so many gifts and so much time from people I love. I cried a lot, as you may have gathered if you see fb. I'm beyond grateful, of course. And I have big feelings about my own inability to show up for other people in those ways these past few years. Since having Oliver, I have had little time or energy to really show up for my people. Especially since I went back to school. Often I think I just have a lower capacity than a lot of people. And financially, I just don't have resources to share. Yet, people keep showing up for me and my family. Energetically, financially, with their time... it's humbling. I feel so much love for these people (you people). Some day, I will have those resources,  and I really can't wait to share them.
