one thing i really miss is having Glitter (the lady in the sparkly hat) entertaining and kind of guiding the line. It made things feel much nicer.

the only other thing that makes main kitchen a little rough are the long lines, but i don't see any way around that. it just kinda takes a while to serve the food (and i think it's worth it).

i'm gonna apply to workerville this year, so hopefully i'll see you there.
