alright, seriously. BURDOCK ROOT. tincture AND start cooking with it.
Also flax oil--the best you can get (or just bulk flax seeds, pulsed in a spice grinder and sprinkled into good yogurt).
Burdock is AMAZING for excema.
Also you probs do have an allergy. But these things will help in the meantime while you track it down (my guess is wheat/gluten).
good luck, and YAY for it not being something worse.
