If your throat has white spots in it *and* you have a possible vaginal yeast infection... I'm guessing that you might have a thrush outbreak. Thrush = oral yeast infection, and it feels like anything from an achy canker sore to strep throat depending on how bad it is.
It's something that usually happens with low immune systems.
