What part of your ears? The part that gets waxy? The lobe? The eustacian tubes? My eustacian tubes get itchy when I have hay fever. I get eczema on my earlobes when my immune system is down, and I get thrush on my gauged piercings when I don't clean them enough or too much. So many sources of itchiness!
Skin manifestations can be candida things. Do you have other reasons to think you have candida? (Personally, I think almost everyone has it.)
